Before we get started

I provide therapy to children, families and adults.  Prior to beginning our work together, I offer a free telephone consultation to discuss your reason for seeking counseling and determine whether I will be a good match for your therapeutic needs. Following the consultation, our first session will be spent gathering background history and information about your goals for treatment. Collaboratively, we will create a treatment plan based on your needs and goals. 

I accept the following forms of payment:

My fees for services are due at the time of service:

Assessment/Initial session: $165,  90 minutes

Child+Family or Individual Session: $125, 45-60 minute session

Session length will be determined by Client and Therapist and may vary by session. 

**I have a limited number of sliding fee spots available for clients who may be facing undue hardship or are in need of lower cost services. If you are interested in this option, it  must be discussed at the initial consultation.

I am an In-Network/ Preferred Provider for the following insurance companies:

You are responsible for communicating with your insurance company to determine your coverage. Some questions you may want to ask of your insurance company are

  • Do I have coverage for mental health treatment?
  • Does my health plan cover out-of-network providers?
  • Is pre-authorization required?
  • Have I met my deductible?
  • Is there a maximum number of therapy sessions allowed under my current coverage?

If I am out-of-network with your insurance company, my services may be covered depending on your out-of-network benefits.  I am happy submit to a claim on your behalf or give you a receipt for services, however, I do not guarantee reimbursement by your insurance company.
