FEES & INSURANCE
Before we get started
Prior to beginning our work together, I offer a free telephone consultation to discuss your reason for seeking counseling and determine whether I will be a good match for your therapeutic needs. Following the consultation, our first session will be spent reviewing background history and information about your goals for treatment. Collaboratively, we will create a treatment plan based on your needs and goals.
I accept the following forms of payment:
My fees for services are due at the time of service:
Assessment/Initial session: $165, 90 minutes
Child+Family or Individual Session: $125, 45-60 minute session
Session length will be determined by Client and Therapist and may vary by session.
**I have a limited number of sliding fee spots available for clients who may be facing undue hardship or are in need of lower cost services. If you are interested in this option, it must be discussed at the initial consultation.

I am an In-Network/ Preferred Provider for the following insurance companies:
Blue Cross Blue Shield (and its affiliates Regence, Anthem etc)
PacificSource Health Plans
Samaritan Health Plans (Choice, Everyday Choices, Standard Bronze)
If I am out-of-network with your insurance company, my services may be covered depending on your out-of-network benefits. I am happy submit to a claim on your behalf or give you a receipt for services, however, I do not guarantee reimbursement by your insurance company.
